Working with a commercial interiors and fit-out specialist, we redesigned the system and showed how it goes together through 3D renders, exploded views and technical drawings.

The brief
The original system was too complex to make and hard to install in tight cabins.
It needed less weight and fewer parts, while staying strong, shipping efficiently and going together accurately on site.

The idea
Remove everything the product does not need.
Every part was reviewed for its function, assembly and production. Unnecessary panels went, without losing overall strength.

What we made
The whole system was defined in 3D before manufacture began.
Technical drawings and visuals were used to validate the design. A prototype then gave real-world build feedback to refine it before final manufacture.

The outcome

The flat-pack structure improved transport, handling and installation, and the system can be repeated across different cabin layouts.
