Boardroom Table
01

Overview

A bespoke boardroom table designed for a UK manufacturing and distribution business using materials produced within its own factory.

The project focused on creating a premium meeting space centred around a fully custom table system that balanced material constraints, room dimensions, cable management, and manufacturing practicality without compromising visual quality.

  • Seats 6–8 people
  • Overall size — 2780mm × 1210mm
  • Material specification fully defined before manufacture
  • Designed around zero joins across the tabletop
Overview
02

The Challenge

The table needed to deliver a premium boardroom presence while working entirely within real manufacturing and spatial constraints.

The room size limited the maximum footprint, while material sheet sizes required the design to avoid visible joins across the tabletop. Integrated cable management also needed to align accurately with existing floor power locations without disrupting the clean appearance of the table. The construction itself also needed to be practical for in-house manufacture and straightforward assembly.

The Challenge image 1
The Challenge image 2
03

The Thinking

The project was developed around material efficiency, clean detailing, and build-ready simplicity.

To maintain a seamless surface, the tabletop dimensions were carefully designed within the limits of the material sheet size, avoiding visible joins across the full span. Two 18mm boards were combined to increase both thickness and structural rigidity, while the internal timber structure created a stable foundation for the finished table system. The slatted side panels were designed around both visual balance and practical assembly, requiring considered positioning of the supporting timber battens behind the cladding system.

  • Seamless tabletop with no visible joins
  • Double-layered 18mm top for strength and thickness
  • Timber internal structure with slatted cladding
  • Integrated cable management aligned to floor services
  • Designed around real manufacturing dimensions
The Thinking
04

The Development

The entire table system was resolved digitally before production began.

3D modelling, exploded visualisation, technical drawings, and manufacturing detailing were used to define every component before fabrication started. The project moved through a focused design process with only minor refinements required before production. By resolving assembly logic, dimensions, and material placement digitally first, the table was manufactured and assembled efficiently by the in-house team without the need for prototyping.

The Development image 1
The Development image 2
05

The Outcome

The final result was a fully custom boardroom table that combined premium material finishes with practical day-to-day functionality.

The contrast between the soft marble-effect surface and warm woodgrain slatted panels created a refined visual balance, while the concealed structure and integrated cable access maintained a clean and uninterrupted appearance throughout the space. The completed system delivered both a functional meeting environment and a physical showcase of the client's own manufacturing capabilities.

Perform Panel 2026 Décor Launch Campaign
01

Overview

Perform Panel required a complete set of launch-ready marketing assets for its new 2026 décor collection before the physical products had even arrived in the UK.

The project focused on digitally recreating real-world decors and building a full CGI marketing campaign capable of supporting brochures, social media, advertising, and ongoing product promotion without relying on expensive physical photography sets. In total, the campaign included 5 high-end brochure visuals, 14 lifestyle renders, and launch-focused advert content designed to present the products as fully realised interior systems before manufacture had even begun.

  • Launch content created before physical production
  • 5 brochure-quality CGI renders
  • 14 lifestyle marketing visuals
  • Advert campaign content and motion visuals
  • Ongoing monthly content expansion
Overview
02

The Challenge

The new décor collection needed premium launch content before physical products existed.

Without photography, finished showroom sets, or manufactured panels available, the visuals needed to communicate the realism, quality, and atmosphere of the products entirely through CGI. The renders also needed to feel commercially believable enough to support brochures, social campaigns, and customer-facing marketing across thousands of potential users. At the same time, the assets needed to remain scalable and cost-efficient compared to building full physical room sets purely for photography.

The Challenge image 1
The Challenge image 2
03

The Thinking

The project was approached as a full digital product communication system rather than a traditional rendering exercise.

Each décor was recreated digitally from physical references before being refined into clean, reusable visual assets suitable for long-term marketing use across the Perform Panel product range. The focus was not only on realism, but on creating believable environments that allowed the decors to feel aspirational, premium, and commercially usable before production. The visual direction also focused heavily on storytelling rather than static product presentation alone. Interior scenes, lighting, composition, and material balance were designed to communicate atmosphere and lifestyle value alongside the product itself.

  • Digital recreation of real-world decors
  • CGI environments built before manufacture
  • Story-driven product presentation
  • Scalable alternative to physical photography
  • Assets designed for long-term campaign use
The Thinking image 1
The Thinking image 2
04

The Development

Creative Conceptz handled the creative direction, scene creation, rendering, and marketing visual development for the launch campaign.

The workflow combined digital décor recreation, CGI interior modelling, material refinement, lifestyle visualisation, brochure content, and motion-based advertising assets into one connected campaign system. One of the launch advert pieces focused on the Jade Aura décor, presenting the material through a short-form visual story inspired by the formation of emerald textures and the manufacturing process behind the finished panel itself. Rather than simply showing the product, the advert was designed to create a stronger emotional connection to the material and brand. The campaign was developed to function across multiple marketing formats including brochures, social media, launch assets, and ongoing promotional content.

The Development
05

The Outcome

The final result was a fully CGI-driven launch campaign capable of supporting product rollout before physical stock or photography environments existed.

The campaign allowed Perform Panel to market, promote, and communicate the new décor collection significantly earlier while reducing the cost and operational complexity associated with traditional staged photography. The visuals also established a scalable content system that continues to support ongoing marketing, social engagement, and future campaign development as the product range expands.

KB Bathrooms Decade Range
01

Overview

KB Bathrooms required a set of high-quality lifestyle visuals to support the launch of the Decade furniture range.

Rather than investing in physical room sets and product photography, the project used CGI to create realistic marketing imagery that could be used throughout the brochure and wider marketing materials before the products were physically available.

  • 8 final rendered images delivered
  • Custom product models created from technical information
  • Brochure-ready lifestyle visuals
  • Designed for flexible marketing use
Overview
02

The Challenge

The furniture products needed to be presented as fully realised lifestyle environments before photography was available.

The project relied entirely on technical drawings and product specifications, requiring the furniture, fittings, and surrounding scene elements to be recreated digitally while maintaining visual accuracy and commercial appeal. There was also very little creative direction provided, meaning the visual language, room design, styling, and camera viewpoints all needed to be developed as part of the project.

The Challenge
03

The Thinking

The project focused on creating believable bathroom environments that showcased the products as they would appear in real homes.

Rather than producing isolated product renders, the furniture was placed within carefully considered interior settings designed to communicate scale, materiality, and everyday use. Additional products from the KB Bathrooms range were incorporated throughout the scenes, helping create a more complete and commercially useful visual system. The goal was not simply to show the products, but to help customers imagine them within a finished space.

The Thinking
04

The Development

Every furniture unit and associated product was modelled from supplied technical drawings and specifications before being integrated into the final scene.

The workflow combined product modelling, interior design, lighting development, material creation, scene composition, and rendering to create a complete brochure-ready asset package. Multiple camera viewpoints were developed throughout the process, allowing the strongest compositions to be selected for final delivery.

The Development
05

The Outcome

The final result was a collection of brochure visuals that allowed the Decade furniture range to be marketed before traditional photography was possible.

Using CGI removed the need for costly physical room builds while providing greater flexibility throughout the design and approval process. The finished imagery gave KB Bathrooms a complete set of professional marketing assets ready for brochure production and wider promotional use.

The Outcome
06

Result

Visualised before photography. Ready before launch.

The final visuals were used within the Decade range brochure, providing launch-ready marketing assets created entirely from technical information and product specifications. The project demonstrates how digital visualisation can support product marketing at any stage of the product lifecycle.
